Ticklish Allsorts was founded in 1981 by multi-talented performer, Gary Nunn - that's me over there! We are a professional comedy children's entertainment company and we are versatile, exciting, musical, colourful, energetic, funny, modest and sometimes available! I devise all the shows to be 'hands on' and to work up front with my audience, getting them to do as much work as me! Completely children friendly! Ticklish Allsorts work with children and not at them!
I work solo as Mr Tickles providing a walk-a-bout character, children's entertainments and activities, barn dance "Caller", Disco-ator, and story telling.
Ticklish Allsorts Shows would include me, of course, plus a selection of able support artists who offer incredible energy and talents. Our shows are energetic, full of fun and devised for participation. All shows include enthusiastic live action, music, songs, puppets, story telling and knockabout comic routines. We can provide Traditional Punch & Judy, specialised shows for theatres, schools, playgroups, pantomimes, and occasional parties. We also have an unequalled selection of games, dances and play canopies. For that special occasion I even have a funky children's fun disco. For many years we have presented arts and crafts workshops making all kinds of weird and wonderful creations, often ending up with an impromptu show or parade.
Shows are suitable for all ages, all occasions and venues.
Packages for grown ups are also available and usually consist of barn dances and sometimes medieval banquets. I also run a street theatre and event management service.
Ticklish Allsorts specialise in providing the ultimate in children and family entertainment. We live and work in the South of England but have worked and are willing to work anywhere where children and families need entertaining.
